All content on the Site, including text, pictures, graphics, logos, button icons, and images, and the selection and arrangement of such content is the exclusive property of Lola Luxe or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.   • For your convenience, the Site may make available a variety of links to non-Lola Luxe websites. Lola Luxe does not guarantee the prices, terms, quality, reliability or performance of the products or Products provided by these vendors. We are not responsible for any of the content that appears on these sites.

 

 PRIVACY

  • Lola Luxe is committed to protecting your privacy. Visit our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into, and made part of, these Terms. Lola Luxe may change the Privacy Policy in the future. You should check the Privacy Policy frequently for changes.

 

 INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, IS MARKED "UNCLAIMED" OR “RETURN TO SENDER,” OR HAS BEEN DEEMED UNDELIVERABLE FOR ANY REASON BY THE CARRIER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL.
  • The original shipping will not be refunded on RTS (return to sender) packages.
  • Customers are responsible for any RTS (return to sender) fee that is incurred if the address is provided incorrectly.
  • Once we receive the package back from the carrier, our option is to either reship the package or refund the subtotal of your order minus the RTS (return to sender) fee.
  • If you select to have the package reshipped you will need to pay the RTS(return to sender fee) and a shipping fee.
  • If you select to have the order refunded that will not be issued until the parcel has arrived back in our facility.
  • Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.
  • To ensure this does not happen, please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or is sent back for insufficient address.

 

 RISK OF LOSS

  • All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Lola Luxe. Title to products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to you when Lola Luxe delivers these items to the carrier.

 

 PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • Lola Luxe attempts to be accurate in describing its products. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

 

 COLORS

  • We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the site. As the actual colors you see depend on your device's screen, however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

 

 LOLA REWARDS POINTS

  • Lola Points is our loyalty rewards program which allows you to earn Lola Points, and apply them as a discount on future orders.  Lola Points cannot be redeemed for cash.  Lola Points will expire if your account goes inactive for one year.  To remain active, you need to earn and/or spend Lola Points in someway, which will reset the one year timer.  For questions, please contact customer support!

 

 

 

  • VIP Tiers that are obtained within our Lola Points Rewards program also have a 1 year expiration date and to maintain your VIP tier status, you must maintain 50% of that tier's level of spend each year. (i.e Duchess tier requires $250 spend to enter, and must have an annual spend of at least $125 per year starting from the day you first entered that tier, or it will be reset).  For questions, please contact customer support!

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

  • Returns must be filed within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Begin a return by pressing the "Create Return" button above.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions and select the item(s) you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with instructions on how to return your item(s) depending on the method of return you selected.
  • Returned items must be complete, in original condition, be unworn, and be placed in original packaging.

  • Lola Luxe reserves the right to deny a refund if returned items are incomplete, or not received within 30 days of your original purchase date. 

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Clearance items
  • Bath Bombs
  • Customized/Personalized items
  • Defective items are the only exception to these rules. Please contact support directly if your item(s) are damaged or defective to receive a refund, you do not need to return the item(s).

REFUND METHODS

  • When filing a return, we offer the choice of  a refund to your original payment method, or store credit via a gift card.
  • You will be offered a $5 bonus and no return fee, for choosing a refund via gift card.
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Holiday items purchased within 10 days of a holiday or after the holiday will be offered store credit only.
  • We do not offer exchanges (unless your item(s) arrives damaged). You will be asked to place a new order with the correct item(s) and you may return the item(s) that were incorrect for a refund.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

  • Refunds may take a few business days to process depending on the original method of payment used, and store credits will be issued instantly.

 

  • If you choose a mail-in return, once your return is received and inspected , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment within 10 business days or a gift card may be issued immediately as store credit depending on which option you chose.

 

  • If a refund is issued to a debit/credit card, please allow your debit/credit card company up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

HOLIDAY ITEMS

  • Holiday items may be returned the same as any other product.

 

 

  • If you purchase a holiday item within 10 days of the holiday, or after the holiday, store credit ONLY will be issued.  Refunds will not be available.

 

LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS DURING RETURN SHIPPING

  • Lola Luxe is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during the return transit. We highly recommend using one of our return shipping labels in order for us both to track the order.
